Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and TangibleAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
TangibleAI generates hands-on, screen-free learning activity suggestions for children based on the inputs you provide. The activities are educational suggestions to be facilitated by a responsible adult — they are not professional, medical, psychological or developmental advice.
2. Who can use TangibleAI
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Accounts are for parents, caregivers and teachers. Teacher accounts require a valid school access code issued by us to an approved school.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Free activities & paid access
New accounts include a limited number of free activity generations. Once the free allowance is used, continued generation requires arranging paid access with us. We may change the free allowance, features and pricing over time; any material change will apply going forward.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
- Let a child interact directly with the AI — TangibleAI is designed to keep the adult in the loop.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
- Submit content that infringes others' rights or that is offensive or unlawful.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and notes you enter (such as learner profiles and observations). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to store your content and send your inputs to our AI provider to generate activities. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to provide it.
7. AI-generated content
Activities are produced by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies or may not suit every child or setting. You should review each activity and use your own judgement, especially regarding safety, materials and supervision, before running it with a child.
8. Intellectual property
The TangibleAI name, software, design and content (excluding your own content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated activities will meet your particular requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TangibleAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. You can request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
